Who We Are
Process Industry Procurement Consultants (Pvt.) Limited — PIPCPL — was established in 2002, formerly operating as E&P Equipments Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. From our headquarters in Islamabad, with associate offices in the UAE and China, we source machinery, spare parts, and materials for Pakistan’s cement manufacturing and oil & gas industries.
Our strength is direct access. Our team in China has worked with cement plant machinery manufacturers for over 25 years, and holds long-standing relationships with Sinoma Group, TCDRI, CBMC, and the Hefei Cement Industry Design Institute — the organisations that design and build much of Pakistan’s installed cement capacity.
That access means our clients get factory pricing, verified quality, and honest lead times — without the friction of sourcing overseas themselves.
